Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listyfy.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ireland (or legally permitted) to use Listyfy. Accounts are for individual use unless registered as a Pro Account.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person unless operating a Pro Account
  • You must provide accurate and current information

4. Listing Rules

  • Posts must be accurate, not misleading, and in the correct Channel
  • Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and anything illegal under Irish law
  • No duplicate listings — use the Lift feature to refresh visibility
  • Commercial sellers must use a Pro Account
  • Listyfy reserves the right to remove any listing without notice

5. Trust Scores

Reviews and Trust Scores are based on genuine transactions. Manipulation of reviews (fake reviews, review trading) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Messaging

The Inbox is for transaction-related communication. Spam, solicitation, harassment, or sharing external links to circumvent Listyfy is prohibited.

7. Payments & Promotions

  • Spotlight (€2.99, 3 days) and Showcase (€4.99, 7 days) are non-refundable
  • The free Lift is available once every 30 days per listing
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

8. Content Moderation

Listyfy uses automated and manual moderation. Flagged content is reviewed by our team. Users who repeatedly violate these terms may be permanently banned.

9. Limitation of Liability

Listyfy is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not guarantee the quality of items, and are not liable for disputes between users. Use at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
